Her passion in Worship
Each time Rachelle worships, she sees it as another opportunity to give God Glory, invite His presence on the scene, and then see Him move mightily in the lives of people! She loves to exhort others to just envision how BIG our God is, and how GREAT His power is. To magnify Him for WHO He is and NOT just for what He can give or do for us. To love our Lord "just because" He is the reason we will live eternally with Him in heaven - and that we do not have to live below our God given rights here on this earth either. When she worships, she also exhorts the people of God marching to take back enemy ground that has been stolen from their lives - or that maybe they've relinquished though deception or now understanding their fullness of what Salvation completed for us and offers the believer. She's been referred to as a Holy Ghost "sniper" and when the Holy Spirit identifies different needs and exposes enemy targets on people in a congregation, He uses her to call it out by name or to simply shout a praise of victory to break off the chains of bondage! "Jesus already paid the price for for everything on that cross! He wants us to walk in that freedom and authority.... set free from the lies of the enemy that continue on this earth, and wants his people fully restored, whole-complete-fully equipped to walk out our God given destinies through His Power & His victorious might - overflowing love & peace in every area of our lives!"

Rachelle Mentors folks from all walks of life to become all God has called them to be.. She also recognizes the need for "balanced" biblical deliverance & Inner healing. teaching/ministry for those who have difficulty walking out their full freedom & victory that Christ died to give us. She has trained & studied under many great ministers of God over the last 25 yrs. Teaching people their own God given dominion & authority over their enemies - helping them understand that all the powers of darkness were already disarmed when Jesus was raised from the dead defeating satans army completely, is a kingdom Truth that some have difficulty walking in due to their past. For some, it is a process of navigating complex areas of the soul that were experienced through traumas - and sometimes that is where enemies like to hide behind - to manipulate and lie to the individual and keep them bound in their past ways of thinking. This manipulation in their thought life enables or activates the wrong mindsets contrary to a "kingdom" mindset thereby "blocking" or "hindering" their ability to consistently walk in the fullness of their salvation - which was already purchased for them to walk in. For others, they are giving away their power & authority to be taken advantage of - through choices of continued or tolerated sin in their lives due to being in "bondage" to that sin, and cannot seem to stop the behaviors of sin (which is the lie that they believe). That gives an open invitation and legal right for the enemy to take advantage of a person in the soul realm, This is where she helps a person locate the "why" and the "what" is at the "root" of these choices and mindsets. Through Biblical foundational Truths coupled with strategic prayers of repentance, the understanding that people gain allows those "doors" sometimes "generational doors" to be recognized & re-claimed as they've been already given that freedom at salvation - but now, they've gained understanding of the enemy's tactics of temptations used in their weak areas to try to deceive them and create false mindsets and belief systems and ensnare their soul (mind, will & emotions). Once a person realizes that they do not have to tolerate deception and lies from the enemy, and "light" is shone on the weak area of their life - or that unknown area of their life that needed addressing.... they go on to live and walk the Blessed, victorious and overcoming life that a Christian is promised live.
Maybe you grew up in a turbulent family dysfunction or experienced traumas resulting in anxiety, PTSD, or irrational fears/phobias, Maybe you experienced neglect, loneliness, betrayal or unhealthy parental boundaries. "One of the many things I take-away from all of my life experiences is to be 'okay' whether behind the scenes as God does the inner work of restoration, or in the forefront of the public eye, knowing that I can only do that by the Grace of God operating in my life. I stand on this declaration daily 'I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.' Phil 4:10. You may not always wake up feeling like you can, and many times it will be a battle that your mind must conquer. Without the grace of God to help us every step of the way, we cannot "do " this life as God had originally intended.... we must learn to depend on God for everything, and I know this book will encourage anyone who has had any kind of struggle or disappointment in life. Prior to my finding my new life in Christ Jesus, I was one who managed to somehow keep it all together on the outside, while on the inside, I was dying & unfulfilled. I think many can identify with that at some point or time in our lives. As a leader, life's many responsibilities pull on our time and attention, but despite the varying degrees of pressures, I know one thing - I'm never alone going through the valleys of challenge. The good news is that behind every challenge and struggle, is another victory won that you or someone you come into contact with can benefit from. That is when you can share with them someone who understands great pain and who experienced it all first hand... and that is Jesus - He can identify with every pain there is as He bore it all on the Cross!"

Her Family
Rachelle is grateful to God for her very loving husband (married over 30 yrs) for all his hard work and tremendous support! She is also very blessed with two incredibly gifted children whom she loves and adores! One daughter & her husband are worship leaders and on staff at her church, and her other daughter is attending ORU (Oral Roberts University) - and she couldn't be prouder of them both! Lastly, She is extremely blessed by her sister Deborah Wolf who has written many songs for her over the years and continues to pursue her ministry gifts fulltime as well.

About Rev. Kathy
Rev. Katherine Lombardo is the President/Founder of Christ Is Life Ministry Outreach, Inc. She holds a Master Degree in Biblical Studies, and Teaching. She functions in the five fold ministry office of teacher, and is a Bible teacher & speaker of the ministry.
Her Giftings
Rev. Kathy has a strong gift of discernment as to the spiritual teachings & climates in the body of Christ. As a teacher, Rev. Kathy is always careful and cautions theology's that stray from the full council of the Word of God.
Her Background in Ministry
During the time when Kathy owned her own local Christian bookstore in 1995, CILM was birthed and then obtained an additional location called “The Lighthouse”. This location facilitated Bible studies, Fellowships, Support groups, Men’s group meetings, Worship teams, Individual musicians/Solo artists, Guest speakers & Evangelists from around the tri-state area. This is where Rachelle Bleakley was invited to sing publically "for the Lord" for the first time! She has served alongside Rev. Katherine & CILM ever since.
The first official Bible study held at "The Lighthouse" was entitled “Who We Are In Christ” which was a foundational key to the ministry. Kathy's gift is to put the Gospel message in simple, applicable terms, and as a result, all who heard the message received Christ as their Savior. Rachelle attended these local Bible studies in the Fall of 1998. This was just the onset of a much greater relationship and vision that was beginning to unfold.
In 1999, due to heavy financial strains, the two building locations and the large business overhead could no longer be supported. However, God continued to be faithful to confirm that He was not limited to “four walls” of a building structure in order for CILM outreach to continue. CILM was called to continue ministering locally and abroad, and God continued to show them the vision for the nations. This time of standing against adversity and trials, catapulted the ministry to continue by “Faith” to answer the call of God regardless of the very disappointing circumstances. Since that time, the ministry has continued to grow and God has used those early years of experience & development to greatly prepare, and equip Rev. Kathy and Rachelle for ministry through continued formal training and practical hands on experience. Being faithful with the little, God is continuing to make CILM ruler over much!
Her Church
Rev. Kathy is a faithful member of Hope In Life Church in Carmel, NY since 2000. She has been a ministry team leader and has served on the altar prayer ministry team for “Cleansing Disciples” since 2002 - a deliverance program based out of Jack Hayford’s Cleansing Stream Ministry. Rev. Kathy has been the registrar and teacher of Hope In Life Bible College since 2003. Prior to Hope In Life Church, she was a member of Redeeming Love Christian Center in Nanuet, NY from 1995-2000.
Her Missionary Work
In relation to her missions involvement at her church, she has also traveled to Croatia for evangelistic outreach, and has completed her certification (268 hours) of Missionary Training at American Mission Teams International - Illinois.

She currently resides with her very loving daughter in NY, and also cares for her elderly mother whom she adores.
